My name is Trixie. I'm from the Philippines. I've been in Victoria, BC for 16 years. Before I decided to open my own cleaning business. I used to work in Hong Kong as a Domestic Helper for 6 years and 11 years as a nanny housekeeper in Victoria. I've been running my cleaning business for over 3 years now. Deep cleaning is for those that want more of the hard-to-reach areas or the spaces that don’t get much attention on a daily basis. For example, the dusty baseboards around your house that haven’t been touched since you moved in, or the oven that has so much gunk on it you can’t see through the glass at the delicious food you’re making. 1. DO I NEED TO PROVIDE SUPPLIES OR EQUIPMENT FOR MY SCHEDULED CLEANING SERVICE? No, you do not need to worry about cleaning supplies and equipment. I will bring all that is required to complete the job correctly.
2. IS YOUR BUSINESS INSURED? Yes, my business is insured and have a clear criminal background check. 3. HOW DO I CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE A CLEAN IF I AM SICK OR SOMETHING COMES UP? I require 24 hours notice for reschedule or cancellations. There will be a $50.00 charge for no notice cancellations. If you are sick or your family and its your cleaning day, please call or text me at 250-884-2209. I will do my best to reschedule your cleaning at the earliest convenience. I will do the same. 4. HOW DO I PAY FOR MY CLEANING SERVICES? You can either pay with a check, payable to TRIXIE HOUSE CLEANING, Debit/Credit Card, PayPal (Email to claritabenjamin@yahoo.com)
